Return & Refund Policy

At Diva Poshak, we take great pride in the quality and care behind every product. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help — with a few simple conditions:

✅ Return Eligibility:
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the package.
– If the product is damaged, torn, or defective, we will provide a replacement only if a clear unboxing video is shared showing the issue at the time of opening.
– No video = No return or exchange in case of damage claims.

📏 Size Issues:
Please check size details carefully before placing your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues, as all size charts are clearly mentioned for customer reference.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Customized, altered, discounted, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

💸 Refunds:
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed as store credit or returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
